The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract for the Village of Ruidoso for the Pine Cliff Water System Improvement Project. The project consists of the installation of approximately 7,943 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC waterline, pressure relief valves, gate valves, fire hydrants, and all appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
