Site work and new construction of a retail development in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
For Construction of RJU Shop The Village of Ruidoso reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or cancel this Request for Bids in its entirety. 9901 The Project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a new pre-engineered metal building and site improvements. The Owner will suffer financial loss if the Project is not completed as specified within one hundred and twenty-two (122) calendar days for the Base Bid from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall be liable for and shall pay to the Owner, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages, in the amount hereinafter stipulated for each calendar day of delay until the Work is Substantially Complete: One five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day
