Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $22,200 for C, $5,700 for H, $17,200 for E, and $94,200 for U. Hie substantial completion date for this project is 765 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
