Renovation of a mixed-use development in Castile, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,900-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

EC D005495: $100,000 - $150,000 In general, the work involves: Provision of temporary toilet, storage, and office facilities; abatement and disposal of hazardous materials;demolition of the existing pool and filter room;selective demolition and partial rehabilitation of the existing bath house including siding, gutters/downspouts, interior casework, louvers/doors/hardware, interior/exterior painting, bathroom accessories, plumbing fixtures, ventilation, and LED lighting; re-routing building utilities and new storm drainage; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the building; construction of a new recreation area, including walkways, game courts, athletic surfacing/coating systems, fitness equipment, site furnishings, and landscaping; building and site signage. The completion date for this project is 480 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. For each day in which the Contract is not completed in every detail, a per diem deduction will be made from the contract price. The per diem deduction is based upon the total contract price. Refer to Section 14.10 of the General Conditions and the Schedule of Liquidated Damages also found in Section 14.10 of the General Conditions. OPRHP recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OPRHP contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders/Contractors are strongly encouraged and expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract.
