CR Number: 2106183 Letchworth North Maintenance Building - Electrical Construction Contract D006159 Electrical Contract Goals: MBE 18%, WBE 12%, SDVOB 6% D006159 Electrical Construction Contract related to the construction of the North Maintenance Building at Letchworth State Park. The Electrical Contract generally consists of power distribution on site, power distribution within the building, electrical devices, lighting, smoke, and carbon monoxide detection. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: D006159- $55,400.87 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. The completion date for this project is 550 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office.
