Contractor Awarded Address: Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $525999 This is not a solicitation for quotes This is a synopsis of an upcoming solicitation The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office intends to solicit quotations for facilitation services to assist with the Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Program. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price, performance based, non-personal service contract type for facilitation and technical support for the on-going work for the Initial Development Phase (IDP) of the Yakima Basin Integrated Water Resource Management Plan (IP). Key projects of the IDP include implementation of Cle Elum Fish Passage, Cle Elum Pool Raise, Kachess Drought Relief Pumping Plant and Keechelus-to-Kachess Conveyance; and various projects associated with each element of the IP such as habitat and tributary restoration, agricultural conservation, and groundwater recharge projects. The work required includes continued facilitation and technical services for the ongoing Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project (YRBWEP) Workgroup, Executive Committee, Subcommittees and Subgroup meetings. These meetings provide Reclamation and Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) with expertise from the Yakama Nation, other federal and state agencies, irrigation districts, counties and environmental organizations on all aspects of the IP. The performance period is anticipated to begin August 2019. The resulting contract will be for a 12-month base period and include four (4) 12-month option periods; option years to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) in late December of 2018 or early January of 2019. The Government anticipates issuing the RFQ as a women-owned small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a Size Standard of $6.5 million. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quote submission.
