Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Waxahachie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of reconstructing approximately 8,000 SY of existing asphalt roadway with concrete pavement, installing approximately 200 LF of 4'x2' reinforced concrete box culvert, 520 SY of 6" reinforced concrete flumes, 2,165 LF of 6"-8" water line, 3,175 LF of 8"-10" sanitary sewer line, sidewalks and street lights. The roadway pavement section consists of 6" of reinforcement pavement with monolithic curb and 6" of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes driveway repairs, landscape and irrigation restoration efforts. Alternate bids are also included in the bid proposal for the replacement of 6"-10" sanitary sewer line by open cut and pipe bursting methods.
