Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waxahachie, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid shall include the total cost to furnish all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work required to remove existing infrastructure and install all necessary paving, grading, drainage, decks, docks and other improvements associated with the construction of a new parking lot, boat ramp and amenities at Boat Ramp Park (further described and shown on the Civil Construction Plans) The City reserves the right, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality in bids received. Deadline for Questions for ITB: July 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM CST Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted online portal or shall be emailed to the City's Purchasing Manager at Purchasing@waxahachie.com
