As of February 22, 2022, the project has been awarded to Ratliff Hardscape, Ltd for $1,914,638.50. The City of Plano is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of brick masonry screening wall (including foundation grade beam and drill shafts) and sidewalks along the east and west sides of Independence Parkway between Lanarc Drive and Lock Haven Drive (approximately 2,900 LF). Estimate: $2,400,000. Question Cutoff Date: 12/29/2021 02:00 PM (ET) This project must reach TOTAL completion within 340 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Include a bid bond or a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred fifteen percent (115%) of the contract price. Successful bidder must also provide a material and labor payment bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all sureties, including but not limited to those sureties who are now in default or delinquent on any bonds or who are interested in any litigation against Owner.
