Site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 218,763-square-foot educational facility.
Project consists of an approximate 189,753 square-foot new Type IB Career and Technology Education Building and an approximate 29,010 square-foot new Type IIB Early Learning Center Building located on a 218.74 acre property with all associated sitework and utilities. As of April 21, 2022, all trades have been let.
