Renovation of a multi-residential development in Prairie City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,090-square-foot multi-residential development.

Bid Submission. 1. Provide all required bid documents as described in the Instruction to Bidders. 2. With in two hours of bid closing, a separate sealed envelope containing the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form is due. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. This advertisement for bid does not commit the Owner to award a contract nor to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of bids or the procurement of supplies. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities and to readvertise when it is in the best interest to do so. License: Contractor shall be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Prevailing wages apply to this project according to Current Oregon Bidding Requirements. The wage rate from BOLI will apply, subject to ORS 279C.800-279C.870. Contractor is responsible for paying required licenses, fees, and taxes that maybe required. Special Inspections to be paid by Owner. Owner will pay Building Structural Permit only. Contractor is responsible for paying and obtaining Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and all other permits.
