This request for proposals (RFP) for the Water Plant Generator Replacement (Project) invites Proposals according to the requirements set forth in this RFP. Pre-Bid Conference - None This project is to design and install an 800KW generator at the Water Treatment Plant. The project scope includes removal of the existing 400KW generator, provide and install a new ATS and all electrical, mechanical and controls Deadline for questions February 1, 2021 Interviews (if needed) week of February 22, 2021 Proposal evaluation/selection week of February 22, 2021 Contract negotiations week of February 22, 2021 Award Progressive Design-Build Contract March 8, 2021 On behalf of the Owner, Stephanie Reid, City Engineer, will act as the sole point of contact for this RFP and shall administer the RFP process.
