Each Bid Proposal Must Be Submitted on the Forms Prescribed by the City and Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty (Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond) in an Amount Equal to Ten (10) Percent of the Total Amount Bid. The Ten Percent Proposal Guaranty Shall Be Forfeited to the City if the Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract With the City of Lincoln City Within Fifteen (15) Days After the Date of the Notice of Award. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Bond Equal to One Hundred Percent of the Amount Bid for Faithful Performance of the Contract.
