Demolition, site work and new construction of a road / highway in Lincoln City, Oregon. Working plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for the construction of a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
As of April 18, 2024, per owner, a design team has been identified. A construction timeline has not been established, it may be 6 months out. Design Service NW 17th Street Restroom Replacement. There will not be a Pre-Bid Meeting or Site Visit conducted by the City. Bidders are encouraged to review the Proposal Documents and visit the project site to familiarize themselves as to the conditions of the Work. The selection process will focus on the building design, best value to the City and contractor experience with similar projects. bid must be submitted on the forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty (certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond) in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount bid. . The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the total amount bid for faithful performance of the Contract. All written questions must be received by the City by 5:00 PM local time on December 26, 2023.
