Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work to be performed under these specifications includes the construction of asphalt concrete trail, concrete curb ramps, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm drain pipes, placement of lightweight fill along Goodrick Avenue from Richmond Parkway to the Bruener Marsh entrance.in the City of Richmond. To support the improvements, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, coordination with public utilities will be necessary.
