The project proposes to design a bike optimized trail within a corridor identified in Wildcat Canyon Regional Park near Richmond, CA. The proposed trail corridor follows a west facing grassland ridgeline in the northern portion of the park.The site is approximately two miles in from the parks entrance at Alvarado Staging Area, found at 5845 Park Ave, Richmond, CA 94805 and four and one-half miles from the Inspiration Point Staging Area Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Sean Connelly, Trails Coordinator, sconnelly@ebparks.org and Suzanne Wilson, Senior Planner, swilson@ebparks.org. The terms of this contract will be time and materials based on specific rates of compensation.
