Richmond Campus is on 28.5 acres of land with grass, artificial turf, bushes, indoor and outdoor plants, irrigation system and trees throughout the campus. The landscaping needs are to maintain the campus at a well-kept appearance by providing the services as described in the Exhibit A, Scope of Work. Bids must address all the services described in the Exhibit A entitled, Services to be Performed. Contractor agrees to provide landscaping services. The winning bidder will furnish all plants, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to perform landscape and irrigation maintenance at the Richmond Campus facility as described in the Exhibit A, Scope of Work in this solicitation. You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB), entitled Landscaping Services, 23-10698. The anticipated term of this contract is from 1/2/2024 or upon final DGS approval, whichever is later, through 12/31/2026. Submit a copy of a valid business license to do business California. If applicable, provide copy of a contractor's license. Question Deadline 11/29/2023 at 3:00 PM PT if you have questions, or should you need any clarifying information, the contact person for this IFB is: Email address: shedric.allen@cdph.ca.gov The amount of budgeted for this agreement shall not exceed $500,000.00. Any bids over this amount will be deemed non-responsive.
