Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Leavenworth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 70,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Value obtained from Parent project($15,000,000) Nabholz Construction Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Nabholz or Construction Manager) are accepting Subcontractor and Supplier proposals for the above referenced Project. We invite you to bid on any Bid Package in which you specialize. All bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Management Manual. A brief description of the project is as follows: Approx. 70,000 sf addition to Richard W. Warren Middle School. This to include a storm shelter and an enclosed bridge connecting the new addition to the existing structure. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
