Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 80,547-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Any person or entity that has not become prequalified to submit a bid on this Project shall not be permitted to qualify for bid submission Brown Elementary School Renovations. The scope of work includes but is not limited to new flooring, ceiling, windows and paint throughout facility. New media center casework. Installation of new fire alarm, security upgrades, burglar, video surveillance & intercom systems. Restroom modernization, grease trap replacement, new playgrounds, HVAC addition to gym and new HVAC in facility. Renovations throughout facility including flooring, ceilings, walls, HVAC replacement, lighting replacement, door and door hardware replacement. Restroom fixtures and finishes to be replaced. Project will be completed in phases and will utilize modular classrooms to relocated students and teachers out of work zones as necessary to meet the project schedule. Documents will be provided to prequalified bidders only; only one complete set of bidding documents will be issued. No partial sets will be issued. Complete set of documents includes one full size set of drawings (30 x 42 format) and one complete set of specifications (8-1/2” x 11). 1. Electronic Format Bid Documents for $200.00 per set. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit $650.00 per printed set. 3. One Printed set and Electronic Format Documents for $750.00 4.
