Installation of new fire alarm, security upgrades, burglar, video surveillance & intercom systems. Restroom modernization, grease trap replacement, new playgrounds, HVAC addition to gym and new HVAC in facility. Renovations throughout facility including flooring, ceilings, walls, HVAC replacement, lighting replacement, door and door hardware replacement. Restroom fixtures and finishes to be replaced. Project will be completed in phases and will utilize modular classrooms to relocated students and teachers out of work zones as necessary to meet the project schedule.
