The proposed Whitecourt Affordable Housing Project involves planning, design, construction and commissioning of up to fifty six (56) affordable housing units and two (2) commercial units, including daycare and retail store. The project is intended to serve as multi-residential facility to meet the needs of individuals and families with low income including those requiring barrier free options. The project is also intended to provide emergency and transitional services to women and families fleeing violence. TIMELINE: *Tender has closed. Bid results are not available.
