Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Webster, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The construction of a new Animal Control Facility at 855 Magnolia Avenue includes a new interior build-out, concrete paving and other related improvements. This project is in conjunction with a separate City project for the pre-engineered metal building and other City procured equipment that will be supplied by the City to be installed under this project. Time of completion should be 160 calendar days, including weekends and holidays. A CERTIFIED CHECK or an acceptable Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Webster and furnish bonds on the forms provided. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER OF BIDDERS will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the contract in the amount of 100% of the contract. NO BID may be withdrawn after the scheduled opening for at least ninety (90) calendar days. THE CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and award the bid to the lowest responsive and most qualified bidder.
