Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Port Townsend, Washington. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of November 11, 2025, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Engineer firm information has not been determined. It is anticipated bidding will commence in 2025 or 2026 pending permitting. A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. Scope of work includes replacing the sewer outfall for the wastewater treatment plant. The on-shore portion of the sewer outfall was replaced in 2005, and this project is proposing to replace the offshore portion of the existing sewer outfall.
