Renovation of an educational facility in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,732-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The project includes procurement and installation of a ducted heat pump and fan coil HVAC system with heat recovery ventilation, crawlspace ventilation and a fresh air system operating as a dedicated outside air system, to ventilate and condition air within the 2,732 sf two story building located at 380 Jefferson Street in Port Townsend, Washington The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Port of Port Townsend reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the Port *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
