The bidder should not include sales tax in the bid. A sales tax exemption certificate will be available for all material purchased for incorporation in the project. Fleur Drive Reconstruction from George Flagg Parkway to Watrous Avenue, Phase 1 Northbound Lanes, 06-2017-014 The improvement includes reconstructing the northbound lanes of Fleur Drive with Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) curb and gutter, 9-inch Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) paving, 12-inch modified subbase, 3-inch milling with HMA paving, PCC sidewalk and driveways, retaining walls, storm sewer, subdrain, earthwork and grading, fencing, water main construction, new irrigation system, erosion control, and restoration; all in accordance with contract documents, including Plan File Nos. 606-001/372, located along Fleur Drive from Watrous Avenue to George Flagg Parkway, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 18, 2020 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions.
