Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Rochester, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a 55,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility.

The scope of services will include assistance to Oakland University during the process of design, construction, and warranty period. The CM will evaluate, among other things, availability of materials and labor, project schedule, project costs as they relate to the established budget, constructability, and will work closely with the Architect/Engineer and Oakland University throughout the planning, design, bidding and construction phases. CM shall competitively bid all prime and subcontracts and involve Oakland University in the procurement process. A GMP will be required in accordance with the contract. All written questions and/or requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be submitted to Marisa Jurczak, mjurczak@oakland.edu, as scheduled above. An addendum will be issued responding to questions and will be posted to the website for review and acknowledgement. A short list of Construction Managers has been released. A timeline for award has not yet been established.”
