Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Tryon Creek Nature Center Remodel at Tryon Creek State Natural Area, located at 11321 SW Terwilliger Blvd, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon 97219 for the benefit of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. It is the bidder's responsibility to read all solicitation documents. All inquiries must be submitted within the timeline and as instructed below. The deadline for all specification protests, requests for brand approval, requests for substitution, requests for clarification and requests for changes is: friday march 1, 2019 at 9:00 am. All requests must be in writing, mailed, faxed, emailed or hand delivered on or before this time and date. All prospective bidders should read thoroughly all solicitation documents prior to requesting clarification. Project estimate: the following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $125,000 - $150,000 This solicitation and resulting contract subject to boli prevailing wages, see section e of the invitation to bid. Substantial completion: June 15, 2019 Liquidated damages of $300 per calendar day will apply to the contract.
