Renovation of a day care center in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Metro is seeking a qualified contractor is to provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to perform the scope of work as defined in the ITB The project consists of updating classrooms and office as well as modifying overall mechanical and electrical systems. No construction activity will be allowed during the hours of operation Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
