Renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of 09/17/2019, the project was not yet awarded yet. The timeline for award is not yet estalished. ortland Community College ("PCC") is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide improvements to the Rock Creek Campus entrance. Interested bidders who are not equipped to download the ITB may request a copy by emailing James Lasseter at: james.lasseter@pcc.edu. This is a Public Works Project, subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C-870 including the payment of workers not less than the applicable prevailing wages, pursuant to ORS 279C.840 as listed in the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon, published by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) January 1, 2019 and amended on April 1, 2019 which can be downloaded at electronically. The work will take place in Washington County, Oregon. Bids may be rejected for not complying with all prescribed public bidding procedures or for good cause on a finding by PCC that it is in the public interest to do so. PCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
