The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division, Portland District (CENWP) is hosting an industry day on 13 July 2023 at 11:00 am Pacific Time for the upcoming solicitation of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) VA Portland VA Medical Center (PVAMC) Seismic Retrofit & Renovation - Phase 2. The purpose of this one-hour virtual event will be for CENWP to provide a project overview presentation on the scope and the solicitation process. Responsible firms who request access will be provided a link to the virtual project overview presentation. To be invited to the virtual project overview presentation, interested responsible parties must contact the CENWP POC via email at clinton.m.jacobsen@usace.army.mil, NLT COB 10 July 2023, in the following format: SUBJECT: Industry Day - VAPORHCS Seismic Retrofit & Renovation Project CONTENT: a. Firm name and primary NAICS code(s): b. Potential Role: [please identify your firm as a potential Prime, A-E or subcontractor and your specialty field] c. Your Firm's POC/Small Business Liaison Information: Following the presentation, the government will post a list of attendees to include the information listed above which is intended to assist all firms during the process of identifying and communicating with potential partners and subcontractors.
