Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work under this contract shall consist of grading, borrow, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface, concrete sidewalk, guardrail, removing old structure over waterway, Structure B-59-204, riprap heavy, finishing items, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. Sheboygan County; 4204-07-71, WISC 2019 121; Local Street; 0.065 Miles; Grading, Base, Asphalt Pavement, Bridge Replacement, Sidewalk, Guardrail, Signs, and Pavement Markings. Estimate Range - $250,000 - $499,999 Unless otherwise specified in this advertisement, the Department will issue bidding proposals only to those who have established their qualifications for the work to be bid upon. Any prospective bidder who has not established their qualifications must file a sworn statement with the Department not less than TEN business days prior to the time set for submitting bidding proposals on a form furnished by the Department. The Department will evaluate this statement and will issue bidding proposals as it deems warranted.
