E&A Project No. 35-24432 Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for the replacement of the retaining walls along the Willow Branch Canal from St. Johns Avenue to Olga Place. The work includes, but not limited to demolition of existing retaining walls, drainage culvert demolition, tree removal, concrete removal, rip-rap removal, construction of a new concrete retaining wall, culvert replacement, placing and compacting fill material, managing Willow Branch Creek flow, sodding, erosion control and pollution abatement, maintenance of traffic and all other related work as shown on the construction plans. Mandatory Pre Bid-conference: N/a Must be pre-qualified with the City of Jacksonville in the HORIZONTAL category prior to bid opening. Location This project is located within the limits of the City of Jacksonville, Florida. The project is located between St. Johns Avenue and Olga Place, Northeast of Willow Branch Avenue, along the Willow Branch Canal. Additionally, the job site shall include all City property and right-of-ways delineated on the contract drawings. PROJECT NO.: PW2016-0010.
