Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

The general nature and scope of this project is as follows: The work includes all labor, materials, accessories, equipment and tools necessary to Re-surface the perimeter streets on the West Island by adding 3/4; inch thick asphalt to the existing surface. In order to retain existing roadside drop curbs (valley gutters) and other drainage structures, a milled asphalt key approximately 60 wide shall be created along the outside edges of the travel lanes to receive the new overlay. The centerline of the roadway will be raised by 3/4; . The work shall also consist of temporary and permanent roadway striping and raised pavement markers for traffic control and Fire Hydrant locations that are consistent with the FDOT. Work shall include, traffic control and all other related work required for a successful Project. Inquiries regarding this contract may be emailed to the Town Engineer, Randy L.
