Engineers Estimate: $250,000 - $300,0000 All solicitation questions must be emailed to Paula Brown at paula.brown@chandleraz.gov, no later than 5:00 p.m. local Arizona time on February 1, 2019. Any inquiries received after the specified time will be reviewed on an individual basis by the Project Manager to determine if a response is warranted. Work under this contract consists of, but not limited to, demolition of existing features, new sidewalks, new shade canopy, new area lighting, existing wall and fence renovation, new drinking fountain, new fitness and play equipment, new turf and landscape areas, modification to the existing irrigation system and other associated functions. Work must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
