Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

Project will include complete HVAC replacement and electrical updates including new power, lighting, and devices. Plumbing will be reconfigured in several spaces to provide accessible restrooms, new sinks, and accommodation of lab equipment. Architectural scope will include a secured entry configuration with new storefront, new ceilings, reconfiguration of interior partitions and doors, a new mechanical platform, new flooring, and new bathroom partitions and accessories. New openings will be constructed at the administrative area to allow for new storefront/window installations. Kitchen will only be partially renovated, but there will be reconfiguration and coordination of mechanical, plumbing, electrical and architectural included in this contract to facilitate those changes. JCPS personnel will disconnect and remove equipment. Contractor will be responsible for removing connections indicated and installing new. JCPS Food Services will be responsible for delivery and install of cooler/freezer and new combi oven. Exterior canopies will be repainted with designed graphics. Exterior site work will include Minor paving, striping, and fencing work will be included at parking area. The environmental scope of work includes asbestos abatement. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract
