Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of painting and rehabbing the Echo Tank, which is a 100,000 gallon steel elevated tank. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Liquidated Damages: $500/day Contract Time: 60 days
