Ozark City Schools is seeking Audio/Visual Equipment for use in a TV studio/Audio recording studio. Envelopes must contain a copy of this RFP, and must have the vendor's General Contractor License number clearly visible on the outside of the envelope. Should the vendor have questions, find discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or be in doubt as to the meaning, contact Mr. Wayne Young, Ozark City Schools at wyoung@ozarkcityschools.net or call 334-445-3800 (school). Vendors that have questions regarding bid specifications must submit their questions in writing to the Technology Coordinator wyoung@ozarkcityschools.net no later than January 7, 202 The Ozark City School System reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any technicalities, and award all or part of the contract in a manner that is in the best interest of Ozark City Schools.
