Renovation of a residential development in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Two (2) Projects for The Ozark Housing Community. The First Project is for the Construction of termite Unit 493 Bingham Avenue for Ozark Housing Community, Ozark, Alabama. The scope of the work for each project will include drywall, trim, windows, doors, flooring, insulation, plumbing fixtures, electrical, paint, and ductwork cleaning. Proposals shall be submitted and sealed separately for each project on the forms included in the specifications or copies thereof and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the respective bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Ozark Housing Community. All bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of construction contract. Bidders must include with each of their bids a Non-Collusive Affidavit and Previous Participation Certificate on the correct HUD forms and signed by the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. Doc notes : If plans and specifications are not returned or if a bona fide bid is not submitted, he deposit will not be refunded. Subcontractors and material suppliers may obtain whole or partial sets of plans and specifications by paying the cost of reproduction and mailing.
