**As of November 10, 2020, the bids were rejected due to way over the budget. The pre bid meeting held today and anticipate to have a rebid next Thursday November 20, 2020. The scope of the work will include newtankless hot water heaters and kitchen cabinets at Dowling Court, new sewer lines at Complex 8, new front and reardoors at Noah Circle, new roofs at Hillcrest Street, new tankless hot water heaters, tub surrounds, and exterior paintat Glenway Homes, and new exterior paint at Ariton sites. The work under this contract shall include all work shown and/or indicated in the drawings and specifications entitled "OZARK HOUSING COMMUNITY - CFP GRANT NO. AL09P07350119, Ozark, Alabama" and dated August 3, 2020. The scope of the work will include new tankless water heaters and kitchen cabinet replacements at all Dowling Court units, new sewer lines at Complex 8, new front and rear doors at all Noah Circle units, roof replacements at Hillcrest Street units, new tankless water heaters, new bathtub surrounds, and exterior painting at Glenway Homes, and exterior painting at all Ariton units.
