The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors who can demonstrate experience providing all equipment, labour, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the construction of bridge structures, watermain, storm sewers, road construction, and related works. The Town of Ajax intends to reconstruct Church Street from Rossland Road to the Hydro Corridor. General Contractors must provide examples of work that includes bridge and road reconstruction projects. General Contractors are also required to demonstrate superior scheduling abilities, a documented history of providing high quality construction work and experience in managing complex projects with various construction activities occurring simultaneously.
