This purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposal) is to engage with Respondents to provide preventative maintenance and 1st response comprehensive coverage for UPS and AC equipment along with the fire suppression, fire detection, fire panel and sprinkler system. The following will be expected of the Successful Respondent. - Perform the preventive maintenance services and inspections as outlined in Appendix II -Equipment List & Service Schedule (herein called Equipment) and Appendix III - Detailed Maintenance Services for all equipment listed; - Spare parts to be replaced will be new, original, and approved by the manufacturer. Any replacement parts will be of a similar or better quality than the parts that are already in place; - Any damages to the property during service caused by the Successful Respondent(s), and their Subcontractor(s) and/or employees will be immediately repaired to the satisfaction of and at no cost to MPAC; - Respondents must provide a single point of contact for maintenance and warranty services; - Comprehensive coverage will be a minimum requirement of the Successful Respondent; and - Comprehensive coverage for UPS and AC Equipment within this contract includes: - 24 x 7 Emergency Service Coverage; - One (1) hour Telephone Response; - Onsite within four (4) hours; - Parts and labour; - Inspections noted on Appendix II (UPS Major and ATS inspections to be performed after hours); and - Two (2) condenser cleanings and humidifier bottle replacement per unit if required.
