McCormack Baron Salazar Development, Inc., (MBSD), will receive bids for the 1501 St. Louis Right of Way Improvements project located adjacent to 1501 St. Louis Street, New Orleans, LA on property owned by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO). The project shall be awarded only to contractors who are licensed under State of Louisiana Contractors License Law La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 with a major classification in Highway Construction.Bidders are required to deliver three (3) complete sets (one original clearly marked or stamped original, and two (2) copies) and one electronic copy of the required submittals, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the words 1501 St. Louis Right of Way Improvements Bid Documents", to the Project Architect at the following address: HCI Architecture, Inc. 812 Gravier Street, Suite 200 New Orleans, LA 70112. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The Project Architect will accept questions from interested bidders through February 4, 2019. Responses to all questions will be provided via addendum to all registered bidders. Questions shall be submitted to: Greg Drewes, Architect HCI Architecture, Inc. gdrewes@hriproperties.com The owners reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause and to waive any informalities in the bid process if it is in the public interest to do so.
