Q & A deadline: Feb 04, 2019 3:00:00 PM EST Collier County is interested in acquiring a firm to design and build a set of solar carports on our main campus, specifically in the parking lot south of Building F at 3299 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. The County is interested in a firm that will provide a "turn-key" project that includes all of the necessary professional services, design packages, permitting, interconnection, coordination with utilities and physical construction to deliver fully operational, 99.3KW AC rated and grid-tied solar photovoltaic carports on the campus. Detailed design criteria developed by Jacobs Engineering will be provided in Step 2 and will include electrical design criteria, materials requirements, lighting and site requirements, structural design criteria wind loads and other site specific project requirements. County reserves the right to modify this scope during negotiations for budgetary reasons. The contract term, if an award(s) is/are made is intended to be for two hundred ten (210) days. Prices shall remain firm for the initial term of this contract. Surcharges will not be accepted in conjunction with this contract, and such charges should be incorporated into the pricing structure.
