Site work for a civil project in Naples, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This request will provide for the construction of one (1) new raw water production well (426) and the replacement of a well (408) including all applicable equipment, piping, and electrical requirements within the Golden Gate Wellfield. FY 2021-22 accounted for the evaluation, design, and permitting of the new well (426), and the replacement of Well 408. FY 2022-23 will provide funds for the construction of the project (both wells). As of September 12, 2022, this project is included in the City of Naples FY 2023 - 2027 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
