This Request for Pre-Qualifications is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses for eligibility to provide General Contractor Services Required for Collingwood Town Hall Exterior Masonry Restorations. This Prequalification process is the first step of a two-stage procurement process, to evaluate and select prospective service providers that meet the requirements for masonry restorations of a high profile heritage building. Only those prospective providers who are pre-qualified will subsequently be invited to participate in the bidding stage. The proposed scope of work is to perform various masonry restorations to the Town Hall while continuing to maintain safe access by the Town Staff and General Public through all grade level entrances and exits. The intent of the prequalification is to solicit qualified and experienced contractors who have completed similar projects of size and scope who are able to meet the requirements of performing all required masonry restorations of a heritage building to the specified standards in the timeframe provided.
