Renovation of a municipal facility in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Only the prospective service providers who have been "Pre-Qualified" through FIN2019-008Q, are approved to participate in this second stage bid process. Robertson Restoration Heritage Restoration Limen Group Const. (2019) LTD Mekker Construction Phoenix Restoration Inc. Roof Tile Management Inc. Bid deposit of $15,000 required. Project bonding equal to 50% of the bid price required. In order to limit the impact of this work on Town functions, all work must be complete within a three month period. Although subject to change, this work is currently scheduled between April 1st, 2019 and July 1st, 2019. The Town is not responsible for any loss or damage including but not limited to time, money, or goodwill arising from errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any third party bid documents and/or information.
