The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction of the above projects; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, removal of existing asphalt and roadbase street surface materials; removal of curb & gutter, sidewalk an other flatwork; removal of miscellaneous landscaping and trees; installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, roadbase and bituminous asphalt; furnishing and installing approximately 220 feet of 15-inch rcp storm water pipe, storm water manholes and catch basins, furnishing and installing approximately 560 feet of 10-inch pvc C-900 culinary water pipe; relocate water meter and install water meter and sewer lateral; installing gate valves and fire hydrants and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer, CEC, Civil Engineering Consultants, PLLC. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Owner noted herein. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of Bid Opening. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner. Liquidated damages or project delay charges will be issued for work not completed on time per the contract documents.
Questions in regards to the proposed project shall be directed to the Engineer, noted above. No drawing, specifications, product substitution and/or interpretations will be made unless noted with "Addendum".
