Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Hope, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of a 2 MG Equalization Tank including: mobilization/demobilization; site clearing; site work; access road; site piping; fence and gate; and all necessary appurtenances to complete the Work. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. As of April 25th, 2019 there has been a general contractor selected but construction will not start until late May 2019.
