Site work and paving for a road / highway in Selwyn, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Widening of Chemong Road to five or six lanes. Addition of a centre turning lane from Reid St. to a point 200 metres north of Sunset Blvd. Realigning Reid St. with Chemong Rd., eliminating the intersection that currently exists between Reid and Chemong. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual and would take years to complete. The City will complete property acquisitions & utility relocations prior to construction. Road reconstruction is planned for 2027, pending budget approvals. Updates may be available fall, 2025.
