This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ"), issued by the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario - Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre ("CHEO"), is for complete architectural, electrical, mechanical, structural and FFE design professional services to complete a full Construction Document tender package in order to tender the fit-up work for construction by Spring 2023, or sooner for the Extensive Needs High Risk Project. The purpose of this RFQ is to refit the 831 Industrial Road CHEO facility to accommodate a new high-risk area to service high risk clients.
